On June 6, Brad Pitt and girlfriend Ines de Ramon attended the women’s singles final at the French Open in Paris, where they were seen sharing several affectionate moments while watching Mirra Andreeva claim the Grand Slam title against Maja Chwalinska. Seated alongside Pitt’s longtime friend Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers and his wife, Melody Ehsani, the couple appeared relaxed and happy, exchanging hugs, laughter, and quiet displays of affection throughout the match.
According to a source, Pitt and de Ramon have spent much of the past month in Provence, France, before making the trip to Paris for the tournament. During their stay, they also dined at Le Voltaire with Flea and acclaimed director David Fincher, who worked with Pitt on Se7en. The couple has since returned to Provence, where Pitt still spends time at Château Miraval, his winery estate in southern France.

For Pitt, now 62, the relationship has become an important source of comfort and stability following years of personal turmoil. His marriage to Angelina Jolie ended in 2016, beginning a lengthy legal battle involving custody issues and shared assets. Although their divorce was finalized in late 2024, the aftermath continues to affect the actor, particularly when it comes to his relationship with his six children: Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Vivienne.
Several of the children have publicly distanced themselves from their father in recent years. Zahara recently moved to remove “Pitt” from her surname, following similar decisions by Shiloh and Maddox. Pax and Vivienne have also reportedly stopped using the surname in everyday life. A source close to the actor said: “Brad is focusing his energy on the parts of his life that feel good right now. Ines has been a grounding, positive presence, and she’s brought a sense of stability that he’s really leaned into, especially after an emotional few years.”
Both Pitt and de Ramon were emerging from public divorces when their relationship began. De Ramon separated from The Vampire Diaries actor Paul Wesley in 2022 after three years of marriage, while Pitt was still navigating the fallout of his split from Jolie. The pair were first linked in late 2022 after being spotted together at a Bono concert. Their relationship quickly developed, with romantic trips to Mexico and reports that de Ramon had moved into Pitt’s home by early 2024.

Friends of the actor have long believed the relationship has had a positive impact on him. One insider said: “Friends say she’s a very good influence on him. Brad is so in love and happier than he’s been in a long time.”
The couple made their official public debut at the British Grand Prix in 2024. Later, Pitt dismissed speculation that the appearance was part of a publicity campaign for his Formula One film F1. Speaking to GQ, he said: “No, dude, it’s not that calculated. How exhausting would that be? If you’re living with making those kinds of calculations? No, life just evolves. Relationships evolve.”
Sources close to the couple say one of the key reasons their relationship works is de Ramon’s grounded personality. A graduate of the University of Geneva, she built her career in the luxury jewelry industry and has never shown much interest in celebrity culture. According to one insider, “She doesn’t compete with him for fame. She supports him and lets him do his thing, and he feels emotionally safe with her.”
Their lifestyle together reflects that preference for privacy. Rather than attending endless Hollywood events, the pair reportedly enjoy quiet dinners, traveling, visiting art exhibitions, watching films, exercising, and spending time outdoors. Pitt is also said to enjoy cooking for her. “Ines has become the person Brad decompresses with most. The emotional stability she gives him matters a great deal,” a source explained.

Despite finding happiness in his personal life, Pitt’s strained relationship with his children remains a painful issue. The distance between the actor and his family stems largely from the highly publicized breakdown of his marriage. Jolie accused Pitt of verbal and physical abuse during a private plane incident in 2016 and later alleged that similar behavior had occurred before that event. Pitt has consistently denied the accusations. His attorney previously stated that the actor “has owned everything he’s responsible for from day one… but he’s not going to own anything he didn’t do.”
Another major point of conflict has been Château Miraval, the winery the former couple purchased together in 2012. Their legal dispute intensified after Jolie sold her stake in the business to a third party, a move Pitt claimed violated an agreement between them.
While his personal life has often dominated headlines, Pitt remains one of the most successful actors of his generation. After breaking through with Thelma & Louise in 1991, he went on to star in films such as Legends of the Fall, Se7en, Fight Club, Troy, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Moneyball, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, the latter earning him an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2020. Through his production company, Plan B Entertainment, he has also helped bring Oscar-winning films including 12 Years a Slave and Moonlight to the screen.

His relationships have long attracted global attention, from his marriage to Jennifer Aniston to his years with Angelina Jolie. Yet friends say the connection he shares with de Ramon feels different. They describe a relationship built on trust, emotional support, and a shared desire for a quieter life away from constant public scrutiny.
“She wants Brad to find peace, forgiveness and move on,” one insider previously said. Another added: “He has done a lot of work on himself. She has brought him a lot of healing.”
Although marriage is not currently a priority for either of them, those close to the couple remain optimistic about their future. One source summed it up simply: “Ines is the perfect match for Brad. She’s his trusted confidante, and he’s more emotionally open in this relationship than he’s been in the past. They work well.”

After years marked by legal battles, family tensions, and intense media scrutiny, Brad Pitt appears to be entering a more settled chapter of his life. While challenges remain, particularly regarding his relationship with his children, friends believe that the stability and support he has found with Ines de Ramon have helped him move forward and embrace a more peaceful future.
