KENDALL Jenner is spending even more time at her new Montecito mansion as her romance with Jacob Elordi heats up.

The supermodel and Euphoria actor were spotted getting cozy together earlier this year, and they’ve seemingly been inseparable since.

Now they’ve appeared to transition to more private date nights, made easy at Kendall‘s tranquil and luxurious $23 million estate.

The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed in August 2025 that The Kardashians star quietly snagged the ultra-secluded property – formerly owned by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Oprah, and Ellen DeGeneres – in February of that year.

Photos obtained exclusively by The U.S. Sun show the stunning compound, situated within a gated community and surrounded by massive trees for total privacy.

The Spanish architectural-style oasis also includes two giant fountains, multiple seating areas, and several horse stables with an outdoor riding area for both relaxing and more active date nights.

It is also a short drive from the exclusive center of town, giving Kendall, 30, and her rumored beau Jacob, 28, plenty of opportunities to socialize without drawing too much attention their way.

Their bond reportedly shifted from friends to romantic partners sometime in January, after repeatedly running into one another in their shared social circles.

However, the public didn’t catch wind of their connection until March, when they were seen in deep conversation at the Vanity Fair Oscars After-Party.

They again were seen together at Coachella weeks later, shocking fans with their reported closeness during Justin Bieber’s headlining set.

According to the gossip site Deuxmoi, the pair were “all over each other” at the after-party.

Last week, photos captured them on a double date with Kendall’s sister, Kylie, and her boyfriend, actor Timothée Chalamet.

The group was spotted cruising around Los Angeles after attending a private Fanatics bash.

Around the same time, Kendall and Jacob were pictured on a beach date in Hawaii, which appeared to take things up a notch.

“Kendall really didn’t expect to be this into him this fast, but Hawaii kind of changed everything,” an insider told Page Six about the getaway.

“They got super close on that trip, and it definitely made their connection stronger.”

Over the weekend, TMZ reported photos of the duo enjoying a quiet dinner with friends near Kendall’s Montecito home.

Sources previously told Daily Mail that their newfound romance could be credited to Kylie and Timothee, since they were often around Jacob during awards season.

Jacob was nominated for numerous awards for Frankenstein, while Timothee received multiple nominations for his performance in Marty Supreme.

“Kylie liked him and thought he would be good for Kenny, so she was like, ‘Girl, get on it. Date this guy already,'” an insider told the outlet.

Kendall previously dated Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny and NBA star Devin Booker.

Jacob had an on-and-off romance with YouTube star Olivia Jade Giannulli and was linked to model Kaia Gerber.
