ECB investigating Brydon Carse incident after England seamer seen handcuffed outside nightclub

A video circulating on social media shows Carse with police outside the Derby nightclub, while a Durham team-mate speaks to him. Former England captain Ben Stokes was also pictured at the scene.

According to reports, Carse was briefly detained by police but was not arrested. He subsequently returned to the team hotel, while the circumstances that led to officers placing him in handcuffs remain unclear.

Carse had been released to play for Durham
