Brad Pitt may be happier than he has been in years with girlfriend Ines de Ramon, but marriage is reportedly nowhere on the horizon for the Hollywood star. Despite the strength of their relationship and the warm bond Ines has formed with his family, sources close to the couple insist that Pitt has no intention of walking down the aisle again, suggesting that the emotional scars left by his high-profile divorce from Angelina Jolie continue to shape his outlook on commitment.

According to Page Six, Brad Pitt and Ines de Ramon are enjoying one of the most stable periods of their relationship. While marriage has become a frequent topic of speculation surrounding the couple, insiders say it simply is not part of Pitt’s plans at this stage of his life.
“Ines is incredibly close with Brad’s family. They absolutely adore her and welcomed her with open arms from the very beginning. At this point, they see her as part of the family. But Brad has no plans to get married, even though Ines has become so close to everyone,” a source exclusively told the outlet.

The jewelry designer, 33, has been dating the 62-year-old Oscar winner since 2022 and has reportedly built genuine relationships with nearly every member of Pitt’s extended family.
“Ines and Brad’s family keep in touch regularly and genuinely enjoy spending time with her. They never look at her as ‘Brad’s girlfriend.’ She’s simply family whenever they’re together,” the insider explained.
The source added that her connection with Pitt’s relatives extends far beyond the actor himself.
“She has built real relationships with everyone. She spends time with Brad’s brother and sister, his nieces and nephews, attends family gatherings and has made an effort to get to know every single one of them.”
Even when Pitt is not present, Ines reportedly continues to communicate with members of his family.
Those close to the couple describe her as approachable, down-to-earth and naturally easy to be around. She is said to spend hours chatting and laughing with relatives without ever appearing uncomfortable or trying too hard to fit in. Pitt’s family, in turn, has fully embraced her.

Despite that level of acceptance, insiders maintain that Pitt has no desire to remarry or have more children. Many believe that his previous marriage to Angelina Jolie remains a significant emotional hurdle, one that continues to influence how he approaches long-term commitment.
Pitt officially finalized his divorce from Jolie in December 2024, bringing an end to more than eight years of legal battles following her decision to file for divorce in September 2016. What began as one of Hollywood’s most celebrated love stories gradually evolved into one of its longest and most closely watched legal disputes, involving custody arrangements, business disagreements and the division of shared assets.
The former couple share six children—both biological and adopted—but in recent years, much attention has focused on the increasingly distant relationship between Pitt and several of them. A number of the children have publicly dropped “Pitt” from their surnames, fueling speculation about the extent of the family rift. Reports have suggested that while Pax Thien still maintains some contact with members of Pitt’s extended family, he is not particularly interested in rebuilding a relationship with his father.
Speaking to GQ in May 2025, Pitt addressed the conclusion of the divorce proceedings for the first time. When asked whether finally reaching a legal settlement made him feel relieved, he responded: “No, I don’t think it was that major of a thing. Just something coming to fruition. Legally.”
The actor also shared rare comments about his relationship with Ines de Ramon after the couple made one of their first high-profile public appearances together at a Formula 1 event. Asked whether the appearance had been carefully planned, Pitt laughed before replying: “No, man, it’s not that calculated. If you’re living, oh my God, how exhausting would that be? If you’re living with making those kinds of calculations? No, life just evolves. Relationships evolve.”

Reflecting on decades of intense media attention, Pitt acknowledged how little privacy he has experienced throughout his career.
“My personal life has always been in the news. It’s been in the news for 30 years, brother. Or some version of my personal life, let’s put it that way.”
For one of Hollywood’s biggest stars, living under constant public scrutiny has become an unavoidable reality. Since emerging as a leading man in the early 1990s through films such as Thelma & Louise, Pitt built an extraordinary career that includes acclaimed performances in Se7en, Fight Club, Ocean’s Eleven, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Moneyball, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Bullet Train. His Academy Award-winning performance in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood reaffirmed his status as one of the industry’s most respected actors, while his production company, Plan B Entertainment, has been behind critically acclaimed films including 12 Years a Slave, Moonlight and The Big Short.
Beyond his professional achievements, Pitt’s personal relationships have frequently overshadowed his work. His marriage to Jennifer Aniston made him one half of Hollywood’s golden couple before their split in 2005. Shortly afterward, his romance with Angelina Jolie became a global media phenomenon, with the pair eventually marrying in 2014 after nearly a decade together. Their separation just two years later generated years of headlines and legal proceedings that proved emotionally and financially draining for both parties.
Throughout those turbulent years, Pitt also faced challenges involving alcohol abuse, later revealing that he had joined Alcoholics Anonymous following the breakdown of his marriage. He has spoken openly about using that period as an opportunity for personal growth, describing it as a time of accountability and self-reflection rather than public redemption.

His relationship with Ines de Ramon appears markedly different from the highly publicized romances that defined much of his earlier life. Unlike previous relationships that unfolded under relentless media attention, Pitt and de Ramon have largely kept their romance private, choosing only occasional public appearances while avoiding unnecessary publicity. Those close to the couple frequently describe their relationship as calm, mature and grounded.
Although speculation about an engagement continues to circulate, those familiar with Pitt’s thinking insist that marriage is simply not a priority. Instead, he appears focused on maintaining stability in both his personal and professional life while continuing to rebuild family relationships where possible. After years dominated by courtroom battles, media scrutiny and personal upheaval, Brad Pitt seems less interested in formal labels than in preserving the sense of peace he has finally found alongside Ines de Ramon. Whether that eventually leads to another wedding remains uncertain, but for now, those closest to the actor believe he is content allowing the relationship to develop naturally, without feeling pressured to define it through marriage.
